Responsibilities : Spatial Design


I led the conceptual strategy and design for renovating an old building into the lobby of a boutique hotel, drawing directly from the hotel’s brand book to create a cohesive identity. The design emphasized enhancing the customer journey—from the moment of check-in to the experience extending beyond check-out.

At the heart of the space was a large installation of Koh Tao island’s map. This piece not only highlighted the island’s diving points but also functioned as an interactive landmark. Guests could mark their favorite spots and record the depths they reached, leaving behind a personal symbol for future visitors. This transformed the map into both an information hub and a shared storytelling canvas, deepening engagement with the hotel and the island.
